Job Responsibilities:
Content Development:
- Create content for various materials such as presentations and reports based on in-depth market research and analysis.
- Use internal sales tools to develop and manage a centralized information repository for the practice, ensuring it is organized and up-to-date.
- Build a library of training and development resources for team members, ensuring key documents are easily accessible.
- Develop a SharePoint site dedicated to the Process Electrification Practice to centralize information.
Content Presentation:
- Design and standardize content presentation formats, including templates for PowerPoints, Word, and Excel documents.
- Create engaging PowerPoint presentations based on industry research and analysis.
- Produce flyers, teasers, and promotional materials, and serve as the primary contact for any external-facing content.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare initial drafts of reports, presentations, and memos under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain and update a centralized repository with research findings, data, and market insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely updates and availability of information.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, internal meetings, and professional development workshops.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on creating promotional materials, including leaflets, flyers, brochures, social media content, and webpages.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with SharePoint is advantageous.
- Strong abilities in graphics and content development.
Additional Skills:
- Some familiarity with the decarbonization and electrification sector is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Capacity to work effectively within a team setting.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in market research, communications, or a related field from a reputed university
Other Requirements:
- Demonstrated interest in the decarbonization and electrification sector is advantageous
