Right now, Mphasis is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Service Desk) in Pune & Bangalore. This job is great for folks with 0-2 years of experience in service desk work who have good tech knowledge and problem-solving skills. In this role, you’ll provide first-level support to users and help solve their problems via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Offer first-level support through voice, email, & chat. Diagnose issues with operating systems, desktops, laptops, MDM, Office 365, printers, & other devices.
Service Desk Management: Handle service requests and problems by using ticketing tools and knowledge base articles. Aim for quick resolutions while keeping customers happy.
Training & Documentation: Run training sessions to boost users’ tech skills. Write & update documents covering common issues & solutions.
Problem-Solving: Work with team members to address complex tech problems. Use probing skills to get to the bottom of issues and find good solutions.
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Look at user feedback to create actionable solutions that enhance user experience. Gather needs from users and offer prompt solutions.
Skills Required:
Technical Skills: Good understanding of operating systems, desktops, laptops, mobile device management (MDM), & Office 365. You should know how to handle password resets, printer problems, COTS applications, Exchange Server, VPNs, VOIP, & SharePoint well.
Management Skills: Listening closely helps in identifying user issues clearly.
Behavioral Skills: A positive attitude is key! Be a team player who welcomes feedback & likes to learn about new technologies.
Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification: Any graduate is welcome! No specific certification needed.
Experience: 0-2 years of service desk experience is favored. If you’ve got good tech know-how and strong English skills – we want you!
