Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Development: Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure applications using business requirements.
- Performance Management: Understand business drivers impacting performance and deliver software to meet those expectations.
- Technology Integration: Participate in the development of automation solutions, new functionality, and technologies; integrate them into existing solutions.
- Customer Support: Provide incident resolution and support through various channels including voice interaction, email, chat, and remote support.
Skills Required:
- Technical Skills: Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues, proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills, and deliver code to time and quality expectations.
- Additional Skills: Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, Salesforce.com applications, J2EE, .NET, and test automation engineering.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, agility in learning and applying new skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Any engineering stream of B.E/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA or MSc (CS/IT) with a passout year of 2021/2022/2023/2024.
- Experience: No more than 11 months of experience.
- Other Requirements: No active backlogs, must have completed the degree within the stipulated duration, and must be eligible to work in India.
