Key Responsibilities
In the role of Business Analyst-Data Analytics at American Express, you’ll be super important in helping grow revenue & make customer experiences better thanks to insights from data. Here are some of your main tasks:
- Personalization Framework: Dive into analyzing & improving the Cardmember Personalization treatments for bringing in new customers.
- Strategic Analysis: Suggest better ways to enhance the current framework by testing new ideas with T&L models.
- Collaboration: Team up with business partners from Decision Science, Marketing, Product, and Tech teams to see how business impacts can lead to great solutions.
- Performance Improvement: Boost revenue and work efficiency by strengthening personalization efforts and offering the right deals to the right people.

Qualifications and Experience
