As an Analyst in the Learning Operations team at Deloitte, you will:

  • Support US Talent Development:
    Provide administrative and backend support to the US Talent Development Learning operations, serving offshore clients.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    Handle system management, data entry, and ensure all tasks are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team leads, ensuring clear and prompt resolution of requests.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Perform quality checks on tasks before submission to clients, ensuring high standards of service.
  • Process Ownership:
    Take ownership of assigned tasks and processes, maintaining accountability and striving for continuous improvement.
  • Time Management:
    Prioritize tasks effectively, making the best use of working hours.
  • Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with team members and contribute to firm and team initiatives to achieve common business goals.

To be eligible for the Analyst – Learning Operations role at Deloitte, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Experience:
    0 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Learning/Backend Operations environment.
  • Education:
    Graduate, MBA, or Post-Graduate.
  • Required Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Knowledge of email etiquette.
    • Basic knowledge of Excel, including data sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates.
    • Ability to work well in a team.
    • Strong time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint presentations.
    • Experience with virtual platforms like Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, MS Teams.
    • Experience handling cases/tickets.
    • Ability to interact effectively with internal clients and understand their requirements.
