Responsibilities:
As an Analyst – Employee Lifecycle Events (ELE) Onboarding at Deloitte, you will play a key role in managing the onboarding process for new employees. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Partner closely with the BA/CoE team and other internal clients to handle onboarding-related issues. Work independently and with virtual teams to support the talent organization.
- Onboarding Management: Manage processes such as pre-hire onboarding, background verifications, and joining formalities using tools like HR Online and Prehire Talent on Demand (TOD).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with US and USI teams to understand talent priorities and assist in the prioritization and implementation of projects.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce high standards for quality deliverables. Assist with internal quality assurance and compliance reviews.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure that every candidate has the Deloitte experience, continuously striving to enhance it.
Required Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of work experience in HR.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with international clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Client Service: Excellent client service skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Independence: Initiative and self-direction, with the ability to work with minimal instruction and handle assignments that require judgment in resolving issues.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a changing environment, manage critical tasks, and prioritize multiple assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not mandatory, the following additional knowledge or experience will be considered a plus:
- International Experience: Exposure to interaction with US stakeholders and external vendors.
- HR Software: Experience in working on cloud-based applications related to human resource management.
