Key Responsibilities

- Trouble Ticket Analysis: Analyze trouble tickets and determine appropriate actions and solutions to resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of incidents and resolutions for future reference and improvement.
- Coordination and Delegation: Efficiently delegate tasks and coordinate with team members to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
- Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to agreed processes and tools as per the SLA. Follow established procedures to maintain consistency and high standards of service delivery.
