Motorola Solutions Hiring for Accounts Payable Analyst

As an Accounts Payable Analyst at Motorola Solutions, you will be responsible for:

  • Invoice and Financial Document Processing: Accurately processing invoices and other financial documents.
  • Issue Resolution: Addressing any issues preventing Motorola from paying invoices on time.
  • Document Auditing: Conducting audits on documents before processing them in the Finance System.
  • Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for automation and standardization in the accounts payable process.
  • Audit Support: Providing support during internal and external audit sessions.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handling ad-hoc requests as assigned by the Team Leader.

The Accounts Payable Department at Motorola Solutions is responsible for all accounting services for Motorola suppliers and employees. The Finance Center in Krakow, part of our global Finance Operations Center (F.O.C.), delivers world-class finance, accounting, and purchasing services to all Motorola entities. It’s a dynamic environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.

To be eligible for the Accounts Payable Analyst role at Motorola Solutions, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Experience:

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience.

Education:

  • Graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.

Required Skills:

  • Good command of English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage.
