Job Responsibilities
- Technical Analysis & Design: Analyze technical requirements, produce design documents, and participate in design reviews as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues.
- Coding & Testing: Write code, develop automated tests, and create build/deployment scripts. Execute test cases, log defects, and ensure code quality.
- Documentation & Reporting: Compile reports, document findings, and develop necessary code and scripts.
- System Analysis & Improvement: Propose improvements to existing systems and interact with client services for troubleshooting.
- Support & Communication: Provide L1 technical support, manage tickets related to software, network issues, and resolve Microsoft Office 365 issues.
- Training & Compliance: Adhere to business standards, pass competency tests, and comply with legal and organizational regulations.
- Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and solve software issues, provide status updates, and be flexible with work hours, including on-call support 24×7 on a rotational basis.
- Team Participation: Contribute to team meetings, workshops, and create knowledge base articles.
Required Skills
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Java, MySQL/RDBMS, Manual/Automation QA (Selenium), and basic Linux/Unix commands.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
