Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Consultant in Server Management at YASH Technologies, your role will include several important tasks:
Infrastructure Support: Help support, develop & document server and network systems to keep operations running smoothly.
Problem Resolution: Watch over systems to spot issues and fix them quickly.
Collaboration: Team up closely with Leads and Architects to test out new ideas through prototypes.
Documentation: Create clear documents and learn best practices in design and implementation.
Technical Expertise: Gain business insights and turn them into technical needs by breaking tasks into smaller parts.
System Maintenance: Handle network upkeep, system upgrades, and security settings for better reliability.
Project Involvement: Get involved in different infrastructure projects like writing SOPs & tracking tasks.
Qualifications and Experience
To shine in this role here’s what we’re looking for:
A BE or MCA degree from a recognized school, especially from the 2023 or 2024 batches.
0-3 years of experience in server management or something similar.
Knowledge about network and server setups like routers, switches, firewalls, MS Cluster, and file/print servers is a plus.
Some familiarity with the ITIL framework, PowerShell scripting and both Windows + Linux environments.
Great communication skills (both spoken & written) suited for a fast-paced global setting.
A proactive mindset with strong skills in prioritizing tasks.
